National Preservation Lawyers Network Membership Announcement

I’m pleased to announce that I recent­ly became a mem­ber of the Nation­al Trust for His­toric Preservation’s “Nation­al Preser­va­tion Lawyers Net­work.”

As some of you know, in addi­tion to my con­struc­tion and com­mer­cial arbi­tra­tor and medi­a­tor prac­tice, I’ve spent many years com­bin­ing my back­grounds as a preser­va­tion archi­tect and preser­va­tion attor­ney to serve as coun­sel, con­sul­tant, and expert wit­ness on a wide range of his­toric preser­va­tion dis­putes, rehab tax incen­tives, and reg­u­la­to­ry com­pli­ance issues.

With this mem­ber­ship, I look for­ward to con­nect­ing with oth­er preser­va­tion attor­neys, archi­tects, and oth­er prac­ti­tion­ers to address ways to bet­ter sup­port and improve his­toric preservation’s effec­tive­ness in con­serv­ing our shared his­toric heritage.
